GYSETTE offers 14 days for exchanges / refunds, from the date of arrival to the customer. We do not offer refunds on SALE item’s but can offer a credit or exchange in size if there is stock available.
We understand you may need to return your item for an exchange or a refund. To do so, you can email through our Contact Us page or call our customer service team on 03 9826 3517. Please mention the following details in your returns/exchange request:
- Your full name
- Invoice number
- Reason for return
- If faulty – the name of the garment and a brief description of the problem
We will provide you with an RA (return authorisation) Number which you will need to send back with your returns.
Please note the following Terms & Conditions to qualify for a full refund & or exchange:
- Items are returned to Gysette HQ within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Purchased items returned in their original condition, not worn and with tags attached.
- You have stated your RA number in the returned goods that was assigned to you by one of our team members.
If the item arrives faulty please carry out the following points mentioned above and take a photo of the fault to send us. You will be required to ship this back to our Head Office where our Quality Control team will assess and approve the fault.

IN COMPLIANCE WITH AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW, GYSETTE IS NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A REFUND FOR SIZING, FIT OR CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS. FOR EXAMPLE, SHOULD YOU MAKE THE WRONG SELECTION, NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE OR CHANGE YOUR MIND, WITHIN COMPLIANCE WITH CONSUMER RIGHTS GYSETTE IS NOT OBLIGATED TO OFFER A REFUND.
IF THERE IS A MAJOR FAULT WITH THE STYLE YOU’VE PURCHASED, WE WILL OFFER TO REPLACE IT WHERE AVAILABLE. IF WE CANNOT REPLACE THE STYLE, WE WILL OFFER A GYSETTE GIFT VOUCHER OR REFUND. ALL CLAIMS FOR FAULTY STYLES ARE ASSESSED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND THE OUTCOME OF A REFUND IS AT THE DISCRETION OF GYSETTE.
EXCHANGES, CREDITS NOTES / GIFT VOUCHER
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will contact you via email.
- All returns postage for change of size or change of mind are at the expense of the customer.
- No refund on sales items unless the item is faulty.
- If the swing tag attached to the garment has been removed we can not issue a refund or exchange / or credit note.
- Please allow up to 7 days for credit notes / Gift Voucher to be processed.
- You will be credited the dollar value of the item returned, excluding any shipping charges.
- Credit notes are effective from the date of issue and valid for 3 months.
- Credit notes or exchanges are welcome for the same purchase amount.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.
- You will receive an email confirmation stating that your refund has been processed; please allow up to 14 days for processing refund.
- Pre-Order items are made to order so cannot be refunded for change of mind as they are made to order. We do however offer an exchange or credit note.
- We cannot accept liability for an item until it is received so we strongly recommend using postage tracking to ensure your parcel arrives at our head office.
